Hello friends.
We have studied a lot from different sources, like books, blogs, coaching notes, etc. I do not claim that they were not good, but it will be safe to say that none was perfect.
Also, the problems with this kind of study:
1] many sources, hence difficult to keep up with all of them
2] repeatations of points, means wastage of time and inefficiency due to confusions
3] no effective mind/memory mapping due to overwhelming content
4] revising each one needs time, again a wastage of time
5] many more if i missed them
Currently, what we do is personal "note making of these notes", again a humungous task considering an ocean of syllabus..
What can we do?
Make notes and share them. I don't mean paper notes as it will take ages. We have pdf files of some good and free sources like NCERT, IGNOU, Wikipedia, books from state boards, CCRT and much more. Just copy, paste and edit it to suite to our needs.
Just imagine:
For instance, consider Modern History of India. It could be divided into 25 small topics. 25 of us will work on each topic and share it.
What will it cost us? Just a few minutes. By using above copy, paste and edit method it may take not more than 1 hour for each person.
What will we gain? Comprehensive notes at one place, taking from all the best sources, in just one hour.
Other benefits:
1] Digital resources means ease of using images and videos.
2] We may even print books on purely non-profit basis (for all those technophobic people)
3] Moderation of content by experienced/senior players and successfull candidates.
4] Many more if I missed any.
What next:
We should be at least 15-20 volunteers (no upper limit) to start. Please reply yes or no here. Or say 'hi' on my WhatsApp or Telegram (8668688234). We will find it easy to coordinate our efforts from there.
So waiting for you guys.. We will rock!
