Dear fellow aspirants
I am sure most of you must be affected by the criteria of 1 august as date of consideration for the exam. If the date of consideration is changed to 1st january it could save attempts for many of us.
I am sure if all of us come together at a common platform and build the struggle together we may get it changed to 1 January.
In this regard I have a suggestion of filing a PIL.
If anyone has anything else to suggest please feel free.
P.S. I am already aware of dopt circular and rti reply which has made rounds on internet but I want to say that:
First, most noted lawyers are saying if the date of consideration affects many, then a PIL can be filed with appropriate statistics(of affected candidates) and result could turn favourable.
Second, process of filing a PIL is very cheap comparatively.
