aur yaar simple logic lagao...itna arbitrary rehne dia jaa sakta hai kya pres rule ko ki mere proclamation hua aur com seedhe remove...aisi arbitrariness ko hi to khatam kia gaya tha.
Bhai wo floor test ki baat tab aati hai...jab president is base pe president rule laga deta hai k sarakar minority main hai..... aur kisi baises pe nahi.... jab b proclamation aaye go COM remove ho jaye ga..... simple question tha basic book se...
Nahi bhai, floor test har case main hoga, except " all pervasive violence"
Court observed floort test for removal of CoM in all situations, except violence.
Gokul bhai maine chod diya iss question ko....negative man liya......logo ne bommai judgement ko dimag mein na rakhke lagaya hain.......
same question comes after some break like its playing hide and seek.....

Though i have not given paper but that does not mean i can not discuss... UPSC is ongoing process, an aspirant is always at work
and When did i degraded morale of people.. just because i said RPL is A and since you have marked it D.. you feel so. learn to accept mistakes rather than targeting an individual

this time only 13000 people will be selected in pre.. so 108 sth.. if 15000 were to be selected then 105
u never knw vacancy may increase.. many departments send late
Chacha Radheshyam paper dekhe ho....ya bina dekhe cut off cut off khel rhe ho
u are idiot at his best.. if i have not given does not mean i dont knw people who have given.. my friends who score 125 sth have come down to 110 sth.. based on that i say 108 as seats are less.
however if seats are 15K then will not cross 105..
@Radhesh Sirohiya ....in the link shared by you...it is written that RTV question came in year 2000...in upsc..but. I just saw paper of UPSC 2000 ...there is no such question on RTV in that paper...so if this fact is wrong in this book..then there is a high probability that answer given (legal right ) is also wrong...i would like to go with pearson guide as shared by mrunal then which suggests that RTV and to be elected is a constitution right.....
