Attending interview during foundation course

Hi friends,

I have been selected to indian forest service this year and i am giving my state civils service exams. I have cleared the prelims and mains exams are scheduled in August. The Foundation course is schedule to begin in September. Will i be allowed to attend interview of state public service commsnison during foundation course and professional course. Or should i take extra ordinary leave. Please guide me as i cannot concentarte on exams because of this confusion.
