There is a room available in Patel Nagar area in a 3 BHK flat. This flat has to be shared with 2 other people who are preparing for UPSC and both of them are pass out of top-notch engineering college. I am the third who is leaving Delhi for personal reasons.
General characteristic of room: -Flat on 2nd floor -unfurnished flat was provided to us. But we have purchased all the kitchen equipment which we will pass to the one who is coming to take the flat for free as other 2 people will still live in the flat -Bus stand is around 200 meters from the room. -10-12 minutes journey to Vajiram main building through Bus - Delhi metro is around 500 meters from Room
Positivie point of the Room: -No owner interference -spacious hall -The room which is available has a spacious balcony -Newly-constructed flat -electricity bill as per the government rates -spacious room with fresh air -RO installed
