Reason behind the existence of RRB's is the development of rural and backward areas and provide banking facility to rural areas so why don't want to be a part of RRB's. Scope of RRB is limited to agriculture and small sector loans.At RRB's you will be surrounded with middle aged person.You would not be asked to learn new products and for sale.Promotion would happen based on favoritism and seniority.Sharing the IBPS RRB Syllabus with you so be a part of it.
