Arey power girl tumko pehle bhi bataya ki accounts se nahi aata jada kucch...bas CAG dekh lo....lekin tumhari dimaag ki sui ghum fir k wahin atak gayi hai power girl....
Bas CAG dekh lo matlab? Shashi Kant Sharma ko dekhne se exam clear ho jayega kya>?
thanks for ur reply.. i was hoping some explanatory reply.. actually i want to prepare for upsc .. and want to convert this epfo but smeone in this forum said that bank po is better than this.. is this a joke? even a ssc clerk is better than a po.. the life is like a hell here. Even we wake up in the morning and find that we have been tranferred to sme remote branches without any farewell. our managers are sick , there is red tapsim here .. TIA
Bro, that 'someone' was me who said PO was better than EO/AO.
It's not only you. Its a common habit. The moment someone achieves a post, the next day he starts looking down upon it. I see almost all SSC, PO, State PCS and even many UPSC guys bickering about their jobs. It's universal perhaps !! Before the exam everyone is praying and grovelling to clear that exam and after selection they just *snap*.
22 lakh talented young people applied for IBPS in 2016, 1.5 lakh cleared prelims, only about 30000 cleared mains and finally ONLY around 9000 will make it. That's one guy selected on every 250 guys approx. So, I request you, whenever you look down on your job and start calling it piece of shit, look at the other guys who didn't make it.
If you are from General category, this applies to you even more. Just look at the defeated state many highly talented, hard working, God-fearing UR category candidates are in. Unemployed and disappointed - for no fault of themselves.

Secondly, in bank PO you have a branch under you and command at least a staff of 10 including clerks, cashiers and security. You have respect in your locality coz public dealing always brings respect. Almost all people in the locality call you 'manager sahab'. You earn favours from people of locality by helping them out with their transactions - assuming you are not dumb enough. And this is when you are a rookie. I need not remind you the perks in head branches and metropolitan branches and foreign deputations. And which govt. admin job in India doesn't have a red-tape ?? Or in which job you get a band-baaja-baaraat farewell, unless you are Durga Nagpal. Tell me one. Only one.
In EO/AO you won't have any of this. You will simply carry out orders with no initiative. Why I'm saying this ? Coz I cleared APFC and was in waiting list in 2016. My waiting didn't clear. And I got some idea of the inside working of EPFO.
A much better and peaceful option was the recent Loksabha Assistant exam. That was one really 'rasmalai' post. I hope you gave it. RO/ARO of UPPSC was another really good option if you wanted secure, peaceful, metropolitan life for UPSC prep. Hope you gave that too.
And it's not that I've not filled up EO/AO. I've filled it too. But, I'm highly doubtful if I'll give it.
Look, I'm not discouraging you from giving this exam. I only want you to have perspective of things. Appreciate what you've got - the PO. It is indeed better and powerful job - unless you think otherwise.

All the best.
Lok Sabha Assistant toh abhi hoga !!!!!!
You are talking about Rajya Sabha Assistant , arent you?
And please stop this stupid debate. All this needs to be discussed once you have a job in hand.
Those who are preparing with job ,please dont delude us into thinking about hierarchy.
Hierarchy is circular that means even if you are Chief Secretary ,you need help from everyone.EO is a good job for preparing alongside UPSC.Lets do this first and then go cuckoo.
Another thing for newbies. It has been my experience that on this forum many people lie about job profiles. All jobs are good for a UPSC aspirant. If there is heavy workload they'll teach you a lot and improve your stamina of doing mental work.
Study, give exam ,repeat till you get something.
Discussion leads to anxiety.Anxiety to stress.Stress destroys body and is unproductive.
law , management and chartered account people are given preference in this post or its nothing like this? anyone knows people apart from these streams getting selected ?
Guys i am new to this preparation thing. can you please help me prepare for this EPFO exam. right now i am referring to LAXMIKANTH for polity.....RAMESH SINGH for economy......SPECRTRUM for modern India.........and VISION for CA....
kindly suggest me book i need to study for remaining subjects and esp. for GENERAL SCIENCE relevant for exam (other than NCERT).
also suggest if i should study some other book than the names i have mentioned above. any suggestion is welcome. THANKS.......
