i have zero work- ex. Scored around 55. B.tech hu, no other desirabIe quaIification. kaafi jada Iong gap ho chuka hai after graduation. In other words compIete naIIa hu. But interview to aa hi gaya hai.
jab ye RT me written Iete hain, tab bas written cutoff hi criterion ho jata hai, ye to main sure hu. Interview me desirabIe quaIification ko kitna benefit hoga ye abhi nahi bataya ja sakta

Hmmmmm......seems true...ALC mein to essential hai jo apfc aur eo mein desirable hoti hai qualification.... i.e...Diploma in Labour law etc...
Kucch bhi.. ...Essential qualification is bachelor degree, kya woh bhi nahi hai tumhare pass. Desirable Qualification holders can get favour at time of interview but at stage of written test..only on basis of marks candidates will be shortlisted. See the notification in attached file .

Also UPSC said that the proof of work experience should be submitted. But they also added that experience not relevant to the post wont be considered. I worked ass an engineer in a factory. No need to submit the certificate then right? because it would be very difficult to get one from them.
