Hi, I called upsc office and exam centre regarding difficult level and questions out of syllabus in this years maths paper. They said that if they recieve complaints about the paper from 15-20 students , they can give grace marks.

how can u say they are out of syllabus ???? Just because u did not read them??? See the Qns -- the words in Qn are in syllabus .... Ofcourse , i too messed up the paper .. but all these does not work bro
May not be out of syllabus in traditional sense , but p2 is beyond honors/graduation level which upsc mentioned in notification, in that sense we may treat them as out of syllabus. When competition is cut throat if one gets near 60-70 marks of that type in single paper we are really at a disadvantageous stage... My hopes only on examiners who evaluate our papers. At their mercy we live this attempt to be in the merit list.
