Hi....IGNOU books are like NCERT books......they are very basic....if you have time i would suggest you to read them especially CHE-04 , 05 and 06
if you have any problem understanding this ...please let me know
for spectrocopy you can see L D S Yadav ....its written in a very simple language and has solved problems if you want i can send it to your e mail id
for polymers brilliant tutorial notes and abhijeet aggarwal notes will be sufficient i guess

No....although I have filled form but due to humongous syllabus of upsc and since this is my first attempt so I need to cover much distance this year..... due to these; possibly, I will skip every other exam this year.

1. Despite an account I cannot access the egyankosh notes - it says I do not have authorization -- so please give me your ID Password I will check if I can log in - I wonder why I cannot access notes though.......
2. Also I happened to visit the shop in front of Jawahar Book centre and bought Brilliant notes - there are 5 sets in it and it says it is meant for "Joint UGC CSIR NET exam" ...are these the same notes that you have been mentioning (Which are available in jawahar Book store )
