So results delayed for this year and next year's Prelims pulled to June. Its a disaster for people like who need closure in life to decide on next steps. If the 20th Feb story has some credibility, I might as well start preparing right now as I am fairly confident of not making it this time. The fact that I am working currently, makes it even more difficult for me to motivate myself to start it all over again.

Seriously this delay will hurt working aspirants in 2017 prelim greatly but still twenty Feb is indigestible as results must come earlier than last year
