Electrical Engineering Optional : Discussion/ Books and Strategy/ Planning/ Answer Writing

Calling out people opting for Electrical Engineering as optional.

As we know syllabus is huge and complex, let's share our plans to help each other devise a strategy best suited to complete/revise/re revise the syllabus on time.

Also let's put up UPSC type questions daily/weekly based on topics we decide among ourselves (eg we can begin with simple subjects like circuit theory, signals & systems, for first week). Let's solve them and post them on this thread to cross check the answers and suggest improvements.

Regular revision and practice will leave no room for mistakes.

So let's get started.

I'm an electrical engineer so would like to start with the electrical topics. I've started with circuit analysis.
Do we make an outline with targets or shall we just go topic wise?

Lets make totally personalized target for each topic.

6-12 Dec for totally completing circuit theory seems fine to me - as in revising all formulas and theory and other stuff.

Here we can practise answer writing from precious year upsc question paper topic. We can also discuss doubts.
We can cross check our answer and improve the way we write.

Yes, that would be good. PYQ papers solutions are not available so it would help if we can cross check our answers. We can start posting the solutions as n when we complete the topic.
