Clarification in mains question 2015 regarding Gandhiji

Hi guys,

There was a question on Mahatma Gandhiji in GS Paper 1 Mains 2015 which read: "How different would have been the achievement of Indian independence without Mahatma Gandhi? Discuss.".

For this question, should one write the details for how (if) India would have achieved it's independence without Mahatma Gandhiji or relate the changes in the independence movement since Mahatma Gandhiji's involvement and how they had an impact in the independence movement?
