PEOPLE WHO COULD NOT SUBMIT CSM-2016 DAF
Hi...we could not submit our CSM DAF due to some reasons.we have approached upsc.If there are more aspirants

I too approached upsc.. and found if there are more people. They can reopen it. We can gather together at upsc office on monday.. lets hope for best.. see you there..
