  • What are the rules of precis writing guys? That fu****** knowledge wala passage was just terribly long. I was pissed off reading it. Every word looked like important. I can only omit sentences instead of shortening them. I used lot of words and phrases from the passages directly while omitting a few for word limit purposes. Will they give at least 25 out of 75?
    Bhai no one knows how marks are awarded, but why worry when it's only 75?
    Chill.
    I had finished all except precis and essay in 30 mins. Then I did those two for 2.5 hours. Innovative writing... :D
    Ya, you are right. Grammar was tougher than usual and that made me look at English much more seriously. I hope I go past 75 without the help of grammar. Anyways, time to resume Pub ad. All the best
  • My optional is physics:

    Qns this time:

    1) Smart cities have been touted as the future by our government. In the light of this analyse the electromagnetic spectrum that will be occupied by the IoT devices in smart cities? Will Maxwell's equations be violated here?

    2) Urban floods are wrecking havoc across Indian cities. Analyse the flow using Poisselli's formula and viscous drag. Does Coriollis force come into picture here. Prove mathematically

    3) Inclusive growth in our country is challenged by useless and careless manpower. How can quantum mechanics through quantum consciousness help solve this? Deduce time independent Schrodinger equations for the same.

    4) Women empowerment is the only thing that the government is concerned about. In the light of this analyse how atomic and molecular physics can help in their upliftment. Obtain the zeeman splitting lines for their transtion from rural to urban milieu.

    @gkav

    LOL. Good form man. Hope you have completed physics by racing through in the last 3 to 4 weeks. It's one thing to be a working aspirant but it's some courage and determination to be a working aspirant with a technical optional like physics.

    All the best buddy.
  • @vignesh covered only 60%. Going to revise that and go ahead with a brave heart !

    Not going gentle into that dark night. I sneaked into IISc library in the last 3 weeks for prepping physics. Lets see how it goes :)
    All the best for pub Ad. The final push! Do well

    true words were technical and complicated had to copy paste as such even in passage the derozio one terms were a bit complex

    @failure_2016 , 75 chahiye aisa shruti ki jagah smriti samajh kar accept kar lo.
    Don't worry. You'll pass.
    But you won't if optional gets screwed.
    @DrKingSchultz
