Thanks all.. @Ivan_TheTerrible : UPSC previous attempt roll nos kaise pata chale I have no trace. Also what other exams I have given of UPSC, can they ask about no of attempts+year of giving in them?
Other than UPSC no of attempts +year of giving are asked in filling the form itself what if we do not have that record, some exams ask even all resp. registration nos Can we apply RTI for the same? way forward ?
Other than UPSC CSE, whatever exams of UPSC you have ever given, following things about those all exams is asked in the DAF --->
1) Name of those exams ; 2) Month and year of those exams ; 3) Roll Number in those exams ; 4) Whether you appeared at the Exam/ Interview ; 5) Whether you were recommended for appointment ;
Agar aapke paas in sabhi exams ka Roll Number Naa bhi ho, toh bhi koi baat NAHI, there is no problem in that... Par kam se kam ye toh pata hoga hi aapko ki Aap UPSC CSE ke alawa kaun kaunsi other UPSC exams mein appear hue the, aur kaunse year mein appear hue the... Ye toh kam se kam pata hoga hi aapko.. Right? .. Toh buss yahi fill kar dijiyega, isse zyada kuch bhi fill karne ki zaroorat Nahi hai DAF mein..
~ Regarding Previous Year Roll Numbers of appeared UPSC CSE:
Aap dekhiyega Previous UPSC CSE ( jisme appear hue ho) , Uska Admit Card PDF mein kahin na kahin toh aapke Laptop / Desktop / Pen Drive, kahin na kahin toh aapke paas wo zaroor Save hoga hi... Acche se dekhiyega aap....
Agar sab jagah acche se dekhne ke baad aapko Previous year appeared UPSC CSE ka admit card mil jata hai toh thik hai, aur agar kabhi by chance NAA mile, toh zaraa sa bhi, i repeat Zara saa Bhi, Tension mein NAHI aana hai is trivial issue ko lekar... Otherwise hoga ye ki usse aapki Mains exam ki padhai bahut disturb ho jaayegi ( Jo ki kisi bhi Haalat mein Disturb NAHI hona chahiye) ...
Toh agar Admit card Nahi bhi milta hai, toh koi Tension NAHI hai... Previous year appeared UPSC CSE waale us column ko khaali chhord dijiyega aap.. Kahin koi pareshani NAHI hone waali..
@Ivan_TheTerrible - great help.. Well sometimes other exams put them under red star marked mendatory filed. I remember I filled one form (I think IBPS PO) giving random refrence nos, hoping to tell the truth during interview etc. To jo aapne kaha ki khanli chor den agar mendatory ho to bhi shayad random nos bharna he option bachta hai..
@sarvi Thanks. But I personally do not follow the advice of Roman because one gets misled more than being guided. He tries to put too much science behind the simple things and create it complex and confusing. Like he would suggest you to be in the mid of attempting MCQs by drawing graph :P but if u see there are guys like Siddhartha Jain AIR13 who attempted full also another guy who attempted 55 with accuracy of 52 right, both selected. He should not say what he has done is the only way to approach things. Note - No offence, apply your freedom of choice, so do I
Previous year UPSC CSE ( appeared) and Other than CSE exams of UPSC ( appeared) ---- > inke Roll numbers and All the other information fill karna Mandatory NAHI hota hai...

UPSC in sab maamlo mein kafi liberal hai, so don't worry about that.
