Css is Central Secretariat Services.you can get into this by cracking ssc cgl exam and clearing typing and ppt test.Posting will be in delhi for lifetime. After 7th CPC,you will be getting around 53 k in hand.Though job is of clerical nature initially, but promotion aspects are very good.Till your retirement you can reach upto under secretary level.
Best job in the scenario for girls would be Assistant Section Officer(ASO) in Central Secretariat Services(CSS).
