Dear its upto you to react the way you are doing .if you cant resist such a small thing ,i m afraid what will happen when you are posted as collector ,then also you will wait for months to have a thought on issue. iam sorry if i hurted your mental piece but that was not my intention . But if such happens.I think upsc would become a place for only affluent people.there are many people who come to know about such exams late.also there are many who work while preparing.
And one more thing.i don't understand if age matters so much in decision making ,then why there is no upper age limit to politicians or chief of such committes set up to decide our future.i do understand that age matters in physical tasks.but for decision making i don't understand does it help.
