Grounds for disqualification of member of parliament

Under Article 102(1)(c), a person shall be disqualified for being chosen as, and for being, a member of either house of the parliament-
if he is an "undischarged insolvent" !!

My question to the respected members of this forum is what does the expression "undischarged insolvent" signify in the above point under article 102?

I also want to quote here that this is my first question raised in this forum as being an ias aspirant so i request all the senior players to please induct as me as your beloved junior in the forum and guide me to my way through the services !!
