From 2011 onwards IAS pre exams , the correct answers for options A,B,C,D for some 450 questions samples are below :
option A : 98 option B : 128 option C : 125 option D : 94
option B and C have more hits . from statistics perspective probability of answers getting right if some one randomly marks B , and C is high as against A and D .
if nothing is known about the ques and if tukka is compelling then i would go with B or C , rest lies on luck

you are right , i should add this that : If the tukka urge is too compelling and you are blind about the ques .
. lekin bbhai log tukka marte hi hai ye unke liye hai jinko tukka marna hi hai , blindly marne se accha hai , kuch context pata rahe hai pehle ka , shayad kuch fayda hi ho jaye .
PS : i don't endorse blind tukka . if i can not do some reasoning and eliminate some options i would not risk
jab tak 2 option eliminate na ho tab tak koi tukka nahi maaro..unless history ka koi direct wordas option wala question pucha hai and u feel u have read that option somewhere..
