Environment ministry annual report

I had recently downloaded environment ministry annual report, but found it too long. So I tried to search keywords from it. However, it seems that the document does not convert to word and also does not show copied text. Moreover, search is not working on the document. If anyone of you had any success with making the file searchable, then please share it here.

Or please share any good information that you have come across while reading the whole file.

No sir, do not have the material. Might be available in ORN but left delhi a few months back

However, Xaam.in is having hindi material i guess.
