@all Let us post our roll no. with expected marks. So that after pre result we can estimate about cut off and it will give an idea about no. of forumias member selected..
I have already posted my expected marks(230-ish) in some previous posts But i am not willing to post my roll number or any other personal info in a public forum.
Very simple reason... Even though the original posters intentions might be sincere, This harmless looking thread now will become a source database for easy gathering of fake publicity for scam-type coaching centers after results... Please don't misunderstand what i am trying to say... I am not saying "i am" going to get through for sure and they will misuse "my" name... But i am saying no matter who gets through, their name and/or photo and/or roll no. and maybe in future their horoscopes or endoscopy reports might appear on coaching ads and mostly without their consent or knowledge...
I sincerely believe that it's a bad idea to publicly post your roll numbers. It can be harmful if somebody wishes to harm you. It is confidential information till the current exam is going on (as far as I understand).
@moderators : Kindly take note and do the needful.
I support @Caartey 's view here. If people can post their roll number here now, they can also post whether they have cleared or not after the results. Moreover, i feel this thread is redundant. Even then..
@moderator This thread should be deleted. Please consider this request. This has intruded into the privacy of members and can be misused in ways which we can't imagine. We should not take any chances before result is declared.
@mods Please delete the roll no info and close the thread without deleting it... Its not very common that my views are accepted by majority i would like to have my previous post in this thread as "a memento"
