  • What is the Average Room rent in RAJOURI GARDEN area ?????
  • For me it will be around 20k i guess..i am moving to delhi next month. I will be staying near vajiram. Room rent alone is 13k (with ac).
  • What is the Average Room rent in RAJOURI GARDEN area ?????
Rajouri is very expensive man, if you want a cheaper area shift to Uttam Nagar area or janakpuri, peaceful and relatively cheaper than Mukherjee Nagar or Orn, only problem "you won't be able to find anyone who prepares for cse in those areas". You have to stay motivated entirely on your own.
  • Yar 5k to shadipur k interior area ka rent hai..upar se electricity water bills etc..15-16k is minimum that too you wont get a decent room.

And what about advance @BANE_007 bhai.

Generally 1/2 month ka security deposit lete h brokers, aur 1 month ka advance rent by landlords...@bakayit
