Friends Please suggest what to do in below mentioned 2 situations.
1.I am working in PSB.There is a rule in our bank that one employee can apply for outside employment only once in a year.This rule was last revised in 2007 and still in force.Before 2007 situation was very different.People used to pursue same job for whole life.But nowadays situation is very dyanamic and people used to change job very much frequently.Even I am also suffering from this problem.What should i do in this case?
2.There are only 2 employees in our branch.CBS platform needs minimum two employees to perform daily operations. ours is a ultra small branch.
Note-there is no provision in CBS system to transfer login id from a branch to another after after login on a particular day.I mean an employee can login in only a branch on a day.
Problem-Suppose one employee out of the 2 himself fall ill or any relative of them dies,He cant left before closing of cash.He will have to work till 4 at least.I faced the same 1 month ago.My uncle died at 11 AM but i couldnt left for home till 4 PM.My supreme boss said the same think that branch cant function without 2 employees.And any employee from other branch also cant be deputed bcz all have already logged in.User id of mine also cant be used bcz of biometric system.
Ques-Is this the violation of fundamental rights?
