From teleological perspective it promotes greatest happiness of greatest number of people. Although it hurts few people namely the publishers. But happiness of greatest number of people is the central concern.
From deontological perspective ends does not justify means we should respect the copyrights of the owner but then by sharing are we not creating a just society whose ends are harmonious because some people cannot pay the costly test series esp 10 thousand for ten tests !! So we have also duty to help those who cannot afford. So sharing is good.
From virtue ethics perspective sharing is synonymous with caring and generosity which are the traits of a good person.
