positives of this flat which i have come to know after living here for around 1 year:
1 owner doesnt live here - come only once in 2-3 months or when u call him for soem work
2 no restriction on timings - people here come back from lib at 1-2-3 AM at night
3 absolute silence
4 well furnished
5 walking distance to all coachings in ORN
6 very clean flat - u will notice it when u come here to see the flat
7 owner gets done most of the repair work etc - so no headache
