i am planning to take pub admn as an optional. i was an engg student so i dont know anything about.but when i have gone through the syllabus.i found it intresting and i have decided to take it as a subject for the exam. how should i start reading and where from i should start..so that i can understand this subject. suggest some good books and other reference.
