What is the exact difference between Article 356 and Article 365 for Presidents Rule?

I have read the articles and have to keep re -reading it every time to remember the difference. Can anyone beautifully summarize the difference between Article 356 and Article 365?

Please do not point links or dump a copy paste. Simple, human language will be helpful.

Article 356 : President rule is applied when there is a constitutional failure. Here Governor sends the report to the President ki " Boss idhar sab gadbad ho raha hai"
Article 365 : P rule when State government doesn't act as per the direction given by the Union Government
  • ^ Adding to that - Art.365 is a discretionary power under the Prez to ensure the application of such a step is justified.

It isn't bound (but lawful) for the Prez to hold that a situation has arisen in which the Government of the State cannot be carried on in accordance with the Constitution, on every disagreement by the State Govt. with the directions of the Union Govt.

As we discuss this Art. 356 has been already imposed in UK on Sunday.
