Hi, on insights test series it's give that one should refer 3 books for modern India:
- BIPAN CHANDRA – Struggle for India's Independence
- PLASSEY to PARTITION - Sekhar Bandyopadhyay
- MODERN INDIA - Sumit Sarkar
Last year I referred Spectrum Modern India by Rajiv Ahir and it was good enough. This time I'm planning History NCERTs + Spectrum Modern India only, and may be PLASSEY to PARTITION - Sekhar Bandyopadhyay for additional reference/chapters. Would that suffice?
What's the point (or logic behind) of following all 3 for same set of events i.e. Indian National Movement?
Please guide.
