I have submitted form , paid fee but didnot get any sms or email. Anyone else facing same issue?
now that you have submitted the form tell me on the photograph do we need to put date and our name, because in instructions it is written but in sample photo no date and name is given

This happened with me last year. However after 2 days email from the commission suddenly arrived. SMS was never delivered to me though. Anyway just keep the online copies of receipt and registration form with you in PDF format.
