What I understood abt MP finance service is that it is unified service after merging treasory officer and assistant director (finance). Treasory officers are posted in districts which controls the finance of district mainly salaries. And Asst Directors are posted in difft dprtments as AD and financial controls of difft offices like Universities, CEO office etc.
CEO janpad has been filled by higher ranks than NT in earlier results(2010,2012) , it also has higher pay scale 4200. But I think it will have higher political interferences bcoz janpad has political members and chairman. And I think it is more corrupt office. IF anybody intrstd in that money....then its great post like ARTO.
@musafir_hoon_yaaro I think if u r interested in financial service then u can put it higher but I wld sugst after CTO bcoz CTO is more powerful job and CTO gets beacon.... . Financial service is low profile clerical job but peaceful job.

CTO is more powerful post as it involves public interaction in some way, while finance service is powerful among offices not much public interaction but there is chance to promote as IAS after 18-20 years.. Promotions are good in both.. Yes CTO gets beacon..
Checklist for documents on interview day: 1) 5 copies of individual detail form ( signature in ink in each of them 2) 2 original copies of anupramaanan form 3) post preference form 4) attendance wala form 5) all marksheets and their xerox copies 6) original ID 7) photographs (kitni??)
do we need to take a file with us inside the interview room? or we just have to carry documents for verification before interview and not take anything inside the interview room?
