Which Optional subject to choose from Anthropology/Philosophy/Public Adm/Sociology for CSE Mains?

An aspirant like me(from science background) who has had taken CSE Mains from Pub Adm in past is now mulling to change Optional subject, i request seniors to suggest & help on it.

Criteria could be among those mentioned below(not exhaustive) but not necessarily in that order:

1) Availability of subject material/Experts/Test Series;
2) Relative rigour of the subject;
3) Recent trend in UPSC CSE marks distribution;
4) 'Feasibility' of covering the syllabus/course before the Mains.

I will really appreciate constructive suggestions on it. Many thanks.
