-The flat is on 4th floor with exclusive access to the terrace, the building has lift and is well maintained.
-Available to family/bachelors or anyone for that matter. Landlord is chilled out and never interferes. You can study or do whatever all day all night and no one will interfere. The flat was currently being used by 2 mains qualifiers.

-The flat has an L-shaped balcony that is shared by 2 rooms.
-There are 2 bathrooms—one is shared by 2 rooms and the other is shared by hall and the other room.
-Rent is 28k, with one month's security and half month's brokerage(sorry about that, is negotiable)
