Has anyone here been called for interview in UPSC (any interview cse/cms/capf/ese etc) and did not attend the same ? In that case can one see the marks after final result ? what will the implications in future applications ( if any).. Had read such clause somewhere...any firsthand experience?

I too had read the clause somewhere, but not able to recall where. As far as I remember, it was written that the detailed marks would not be provided.
Also candidate's name won't figure in the final list even if s/he could have made it based on the marks in the written exam alone.
No implication on future applications. Will try to search and confirm.
Even if you dont appear, you have to mail your certificates(for DOB, educational qualification etc.) within 2 days at max. To UPSC or else your total marks will not be given. No further implication of any other kind as such as far as i know.

Yes Ma'am, I'd guess the same. Personally I haven't come across any such person who missed out on interview.
I wonder why you asked the question? No one would deliberately miss the interview. In extreme cases UPSC adjusts the schedule and the rescheduled candidates are interviewed last.
I have seen case when the number of people in interview list are less than those in written qualified PDF... I assume they don't send daf .. That's when their roll is not in the interview list ...
