I have taken up a Two Room Kitchen flat in West Patel Nagar in Delhi and am looking for a flatmate to share the same with. Details as below –
Location – Close to Shadipur Metro Station
Unfurnished, with a balcony.
Rent – Rs 12,000 for the entire flat (so Rs 6,000 per person).
Security – Rs 11,000 (I have already deposited this.)
All basic amenities well taken care of (water, electricity etc). A maid cleans the place daily.
There is a fully functional kitchen which you may use anytime.
You can shift any day now as per your convenience.
I have been living here for a few months now and use only one of the two rooms. The other room is completely vacant. I am a no-nonsense aspirant and be rest assured about any kind of help/support anytime if need be.
