(Figures arrived at by first calculating a sum from 'maximum possible' figures for each question, followed by a toning down by an average of 26%. Weighing down for GS is as high as 35%, Essay is 15% and for MS, it's just 10%. This method was very accurate for me last year. I got 567 in written in 2014 and I had estimated a score of about 540 and the scores for individual papers was in the ballpark. Hope this was not a fluke.)
