Since most of us in Delhi are also doing self preparation and relying less on Coaching, it would be greatly appreciated if senior aspirants here in Delhi would join together and form small study Circles with aspirants to discuss on day to day basis the current affairs. Since the seniors have their advantage of having experienced the exam process, sharing the same to 2016 aspirants would be of immense help. It will also help us in cutting down on expensive coaching and also help us in the right direction. This is just a thought.. all of you may share your views. This will also help the seniors in their pursuit for services and also the serious new comers. Modalities, basic expenses anything can be worked out.
