1-If u don't want to come Delhi .you must join insight only.you will get 2014 and 2015 test papers with current test series. Even if you join vaji or vision others all will offer online platform similar to insight. But cost ,questions available for practise ,competition ,early start all favour for insight. 2-If you can come Delhi in future ..wait ..dnt join insight ..join vaji or vision or Gs score or drishti .reason is taking tests online and taking tests in classroom Dan filling omr is all together different.in Delhi you can join any of them and can fill omr..this is what you have to do in upsc exam.no online platform. 3-if you don't want to come Delhi and still want to attend the paper upsc like omr filling format.wait for vaji or vision or others to come with their test series.see in iest series package if they offer tests in PDF format too. If they do...at first take the print out of test paper and omr sheet.now attempt at your home sincerely and seriously .after darkening the circles ...mark the same options in online test copying from attempted omr sheet. This way you will get your rank,marks ,feed back ..and you will also have the fun of darkening omr like real upsc exam.
Thanks @Usainbolt for your elaborate answer. I would like to mention that I'm a working professional in Bhubaneswar and my organization (a PSU) doesn't seems to transfer me to Delhi despite my efforts. I'm not planning to leave this job (as of) and trying for other companies which may get me to Delhi (hopefully), but at this point I'm clueless whether i would go to Delhi or not. May be in Jan-Feb things would be more clear. In view of above, what would you suggest
Don't join any for now . Get last years paper from those photocopy machines , start solving them .
questions of institutes are much better(difficult) than insights , so would suggest joining them. but if you want to complete syllabus on time I would recommend Insights as it would make sure you don't get lax.
