Location : nai wala, Karol Bagh. 5 minute walking distance from jhandewalan metro and 15 min from karol bagh metro.
Total Rent : 5000(no separate water,electricity bill) 5000 security, no brokerage.
Available : attached bathroom, cooler, geyser(winter is coming ), chair, table.
Not available : kitchen, balcony(roof is available though), water filter(water bottle is available 50/- for 20 litre), washing machine.
Pros : Landlady is of good nature(rare quality these days in delhi), 24*7 electricity and water, rent is less.
Cons : room is very small(6 foot long 5 foot wide).
Personal suggestion : if you are preparing alone kind of guy. This is normal facilities less rent kind of room.
