Namesakes in coaching Industry

Recently a person who i know ended up getting admitted into "Shriram IAS" instead of Sriram's IAS. Great deal of inconvenience was ensued with significant financial loss.
The point is: if this case is exceptional or many rural aspirants new to Delhi ending up in these namesake coaching mills.

Other examples: Vajirao and Reddy in Mukherjeenagar where Vajiram and Reddy has no branch(thereby filling the vacuum)
Vision IAS and Vision India.
PS: I am completely unware if the namesakes are good or bad. shared due to personal experience
