Does any of you have the solution manual for the end-of-chapter problems of Dominick Salvatore, 11th edition?
If not, does anyone at least know how to access the answers to the asterixed (*) questions? They say answers for these questions are available on their website (at www.wiley.com/college/salvatore), but I've pretty thoroughly checked the website and I can't seem to find them.
