since csat paper-2 has been made qualifying in nature, i have one doubt. for 2014, general cutoff was 205. now, would we be having cutoff hovering in the range 90-100 for prelim 2015 and that too to be scored from gs paper-1 only ? if yes, wouldn't that be way too difficult for newcomers to score this much in gs paper-1 and an advantage for senior players?
secondly, please recommend a good test series for prelims for ias prelim 2015.
