Dangers of getting chargesheeted in govt jobs

What could be implications of taking unauthorized unpaid leave or medical leave in PSU for 4 months ? If I get chargesheeted due to leave, can it hamper joining in civil services ? My work place has very hectic environment... and I feel difficulty in concentrating on studies even after office hours. My life has become hell since last two years.I think I can make it...if I sit and study for 6 months. I am thinking of risking job....what do u guys suggest ???

    send doctor's advisory in starting...then send medical...after three months you have to appear before medical board...so join after two months for a week and then again take medical..

  • there r two types of resign...one is permanent resign....where you need not to takeNOC from your appointment athority.
    other one is technical resign....here u came come back to your previous office within 5 years of resign...here u have to take no objection certificate (NOC)...

    SOLUTION is that...during filling form do not mention your job and after selection take permanent resign without any information

    @ashwani13 what are the grounds for technical resignation. I have heard that it may be taken only if one has got job somewhere else and wish to test his new appointment.........if feeling unsatisfied in future he may return to previous company within two years.That too can be done only if employee has taken permission through proper channel for seeking job outside current organization.

    @jaisharma1001 What could be grounds of taking repeated medical leave after one week. I mean to say that could I show the same disease/sickness to be ground of medical leave after one week of joining since each time taking leave and joining involves producing medical as well as fitness certificate from Doctor.
  • @all Also any Doctor here, please suggest name of illness that can become ground of long term medical leave. ?

    @Max_Weber1986

    My friend used typhoid as an disease :)...took two month leave on medical grounds...attempted UPSC-2014 Mains...joined after mains...a out of the box solution is to use depression as an excuse if you have solid links with a good psychiatrist...its non-detectable per se..we are stepping into a dark area here..a doctor here on forumias or in person can suggest better...a lot also depends on your reporting authority...if he is psycho enough to question every leave related move of yours through a thick lens.
  • BACK PAIN / TUBERCULOSIS
  • @docrock I am interested in illness which could not be caught by medocal board...in case my office decides to establish medical facts.

    back pain is best excuse....and 6 months rest is advised.
