@all Harshal ,prabhat malik and arpit sagar ko jo bhi janta hai unko bolo strategy share karne ko , much needed for paper 1 atleast @JohnSnow bhai jo sources batayi hai usse to paper 1 ho hi nahi raha tha , can you please enlighten us with some of pub ad paper 1 answers (may be after prelims ), where did you join test series ?
Those who got good marks in Paper-1, please share how you tackled these questions:
1. What are the implications of the post-structuralist perspective on the discrete aspects of Public Administration, coming from its epistemological positions?
2. “Adaptive, problem-solving, temporary systems of diverse specialists, linked together by coordinating executives in an organic flux-this is original form that will gradually replace bureaucracy”. Discuss, in the light of this statement, the ‘end of bureaucracy’ thesis and its strengths and limitations.
3. Instead of reforms to budgetary process Wildavsky proposes to redefine the role of political institutions and rules by which politics leads to agreement on budget. Explain
I attempted 3,6 and 7 I think we should discuss individual questions after pre. We can make a separate thread and share our answers and try to improve them. However, I did not discuss the paper at all, so I may not be able to recall exactly but will give it a shot after pre.

Bhai Pre baad discuss krte hai sab. Tum yaad se ek thread bnana. I joined Pawan Kumar, but its more about practicing. Koi bhi acche teacher ki join kr lena just after pre.

I will take it as last year it was 80 and 90..Hope for similiar progression this year as well..
