See cost of transferring a remittance if it get reduce then what is benefit of it ? Correct me if i am wrong here what I see is that there is more pros for developing countries coz unhe remittance jyada mile jo high cost transfer charge that was earlier now i would be using that and transferring more..
Remittance services provider compete for better price and we would get better service
Is there any other way around to see this that cost of transfer if reduce what would be effect

can't really understand your question much, but if you're asking why developing countries are more needy of inbound remittances is coz they are mostly short of forex i.e running current account deficit! One factor that impact remittance is the interest rate differential! higher the interest rate in home country, more is the inbound remittance.
For history GS.. i am just going with Bipan's and then Sekhar's book as my source... Are these sufficient enough???

sekhar bandhopadhyay is the best book of modern history. i have read it from cover to cover, but i felt that i can do all questions from 12th old ncert of bipin chandra. sekhar B. is good if you can read and RETAIN it! if not history optional, i would not suggest sekhar! rather go selectively from grover and mehta
Cost based approach se tariff set karna is kind of risky as what will be the project cost and the operational cost, will be always under attack it some times lead to gold plating
