section 144 me assembly ho nhi skti...and dere are provisions in the law which say that action can be taken if somebody prevents officer from carrying out duty....
so persuasion .....only in one direction

in such a case...worst case scenario if a political affiliate or mp is not allowed to assemble....it could be like a transfer or something...or personal targetting by politicians...but as an officer if i fail to protect the mob to go rowdy more live…
