According to RR kanhere (controller of examination mppsc)-
Mppsc main 2014 result within a week, he also said may be today tommorow but within a week, aap net check regularly kare.

as far as i know it will be out by 17 or 18th march, though am cent percent sure about this info but still mppsc can delay it even more due to other reasons.
called at mppsc office and they informed me that result will come by end of this month and it may even extend to next month. so in all possibilities result is not comng this week
