My analysis:
last year cutoff : 250/368 = 67.9%
32 marks were not added : 67.9% of 32 = 21.7
Had it been out of 400, cutoff would have been 250 + 21.7 = 271.7 (here people are wrongly adding whole 32 into 250, that means everyone would have scored …
