Are ganeshias ko call karke sirf chennai ke logo ke liye he postpone hone ka chances badhega.
If your centre is in Chennai, then you have more chances of postponement.
Must be amazing for Students from TN studying in Delhi... They will get lucky extension, if it does happen. And Betty might not, though she does deserve it.

Well, it will be difficult to find such candidates who would prepare in Chennai and take other centre in North India.
And if there are any, probably they would be accommodated on a case by case basis.
