even if i take this info with pinch of salt ...one thing is for sure certain board are really previvilaged and certain boards candidate surely at loss of marks becoz of this $%%#$% subjectivity among chairman..not fair ..UPSC must change this ..atleast future generation will get a fair deal

Is it then all right to presume that Mr. Mittal, Mr. Chhatar Singh, Rear Admiral Dewan and Prof. Syiemlieh have given marks over 200 to a certain number of candidates? Do fill us in on this as well. Thanks!
